Chef Uri (Arnold) Arnon, who lives in the Western Galilee, is in charge of the delicacies here.

Uri began his culinary journey 25 years ago.

He graduated with honors in culinary studies at Tadmor in Herzliya,

He specialized in the restaurants considered Dixie, Mul-Yam, Barcorola and more in the central area, then moved north to the Galilee to start his family.

Here, after two years as a chef at the Morgenfeld restaurant, he opened Arnold's restaurant, which was considered and was often ranked as one of the best restaurants in the north and in the country in general.

Later, another branch will also be opened in Ramat Yishai.

Later he was one of the founders of ROOTS restaurant in Acre, which he managed for five years.

Over the years, Uri specialized in meats, fish, and Galilean cooking.

He also specialized and cooked on culinary trips to the United States, China and Germany, where he both absorbed knowledge and spread the news of Israeli and Galilean cooking in particular.

Today he advises restaurants, hotels, wineries and tourist sites under the "UMAMI" consulting company, conducts chef workshops and premium events, and in order to stay in culinary pursuits for the soul, he cooks indulgent delicacies for you every weekend.
