Our tahini was born on Ethiopian soil.
There, in the kingdom of the highest quality sesame in the world, each grain is separated from its shell, dried and ground using advanced technological equipment, without soaking in salt water or roasting at high temperatures, as is customary in the traditional production method.
In the tahini production process, we do not roast the sesame seeds but dry them in hot air, thus preserving its natural taste and health benefits.
The tahini is made from only one ingredient, "hard" sesame, the highest quality in the world. This variety is unique in its sweet and nutty taste and, in addition, is very rich in vitamins and minerals thanks to the soil in which it has grown naturally for thousands of years.
