French Blend Recanati

Recanati French Blend is a perfect expression of the balance between the pleasant sweetness and the refreshing acidity in the background. A wine that will enhance the food served next to it, or just make you smile after sipping it. From old vines in the Lower Galilee, we produced the "French Blend" - a semi-dry wine rich in aromas, flavors and character. A unique blend of French Colombard grapes combined with a little Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes. The wine was kept at a low temperature throughout the production process and its fermentation was stopped when a small amount of natural sugar remained from the grapes. Varietal composition: French Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. Vineyards: Lower Galilee. Production process: Recanati's French Blend is produced from French Colombard grapes along with a little Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes. The wine was fermented at a low temperature to preserve the natural aromas of the grapes. Fermentation was stopped when a small amount of natural sugar remained from the grapes to create a wine with a delicate sweetness.
