Frozen, handmade, high-quality, Galilean delicacies. The delicacies come from a boutique kitchen located in the Galilee, which specializes in the handmade production of authentic Shami (Levantine) dishes, from quality ingredients, according to traditional recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation within the family and are made with love.
For the filling, we use only 100% real raw materials, such as meat, chicken, spinach, etc., and we do not use artificial "flavored" ingredients or meat and chicken substitutes, which are common in the industrial market.
We produce products from high-quality, fresh raw materials, and at the end of the production process they undergo special freezing, which ensures that their quality is maintained and their shelf life is extended, which gives the buyer maximum flexibility in terms of time and quantity of use and consumption.
The kitchen has a production license from the Ministry of Health, so that all work processes within its walls are carried out under the supervision of the ministry, in a manner that complies with its standards and rules, and ensures the highest level of hygiene and a flawless quality product.
The products are kosher, with the Badatz Beit Yosef kosher, so that the meat is lean and the chicken is from Hadrin, as well as with the local kosher of the Mount Meron Religious Council.
